SHANNON LIEBEL

E-RYT 500, YACEP®, FRCms, MA, Owner

Shannon strongly believes in the connection between mind, body, and soul, and this reflects in her Vinyasa style teaching. In her youth, she was an elite level gymnast, and received her MA in Counseling. When she discovered yoga in 2005, it was the perfect balance of the mental work she enjoyed in Psychology and the physical movement of the body that she loved in gymnastics. Shannon received her RYT 200 with Yax Yoga Concepts in 2012 and began teaching right away, and then opened her studio in Lake Tahoe in 2016. Nine months after the studio opened, Shannon had open heart surgery and this experience only strengthened her belief in the power of yoga. In 2018, she furthered her education and trained in Thailand with Beyond Bryce to receive her RYT 500, and also received her FRCms with Functional Anatomy seminars later that year. She teaches daily classes, facilitates workshops and yoga teacher trainings, runs international yoga retreats, and teaches at a variety of yoga festivals in the US.

KRISTIN FURJANIC

RYT 500

Every time Kristin makes it to her mat, she's gifted with an exhale and leaves with an overwhelming sense of peace, clarity, and strength that she strives to make accessible for every body. She believes that the ultimate gain comes from within and stems from conscious breath, connected to mindful movement. Her classes will look and feel like a slow but dynamic build—a play on strength and surrender, peppered with attainable modifications and cues - brought to life by an array of musical stylings and beats. She holds space for all levels and individual practices and uses guided breathwork to unite the collective energy as one.

TRISHA RUSSELL

RYT 200

Trisha is a proud mother of 3 awesome kids. She works in the outdoor industry and enjoys helping others get outside and explore.  When she is not in the studio she can be found snowboarding, backpacking, stand up paddle boarding, and traveling to different corners of the world.  Trisha attended a yoga class back in 2011 wearing tennis shoes on her mat to prove to a friend this yoga thing was just a new fad.  She was instantly hooked to the physical practice. Years later when she made the connection of breath with movement it transformed her practice and her daily life.  She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in September 2021 from Groove Yoga Studio in Bend OR. She teaches, vinyasa, restorative, gentle flow, and SUP yoga. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to create a space to unveil the layers so that the heart can be heard. She believes laughter and humor are essential.

YELINA DAVIS

RYT 200

Yelina was born and raised in Miami, Florida where she was a dancer and then later a professional cheerleader for the NFL. It wasn't until she embarked on a year long journey of self discovery that she discovered the deep transformational effects of yoga. After feeling unhappy and unfulfilled with her life, she quit her corporate job and cheerleading and began traveling around the country immersing herself in nature and yoga. The journey ended with Yelina getting her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in Bali, Indonesia with Zuna Yoga. Yelina has found a deep love and passion for sharing yoga with others because of how much it has helped her reconnect with her true, authentic self. Yelina will forever be a student of yoga, always wanting to learn more and grow her own personal practice. As a teacher she aims to help her students achieve a deep sense of relaxation and peace by the end of class by using the asanas and pranayama to guide them there.

ABRAHAM BIBAS

RYT 200

Raised in Miami, Florida, Abraham grew up playing soccer, where he competed both at an international and collegiate level. Throughout his youth, Abraham struggled with mental and emotional challenges that led him to create a deep passion for mental health. After playing collegiate soccer, he began practicing yoga as a way to bring stillness to the fast paced lifestyle he was living in. It wasn't until receiving his RYT200 from Zuna Yoga in Bali, Indonesia, that he was able to experience the deep, transformational effects that a yoga practice can create. Aside from teaching yoga, Abraham has a life coaching practice where he works with professional athletes and other individuals. Yoga was the first time where Abraham could use a physical practice to experience the self realization he aimed to create in his own coaching practice. In his yoga classes, he aims to create a deep sense of relaxation by the end of class, experiencing inner awakenings that can change the way see ourselves, and the way we see the world.
