We are partnering with Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy to bring you a special series where we will dive into different poses, feel poses differently, receive feedback tailored to your body's needs, and receive hands on adjustments if desired.
We are passionate about coming together in this four week series as we believe yoga is a powerful pathway to healing, physically and mentally. Our class size is limited so that focused and thoughtful attention is given to each student’s needs.
Within this supportive and nurturing environment, students develop a deeper understanding to support healthy, stable movement patterns so that you can move comfortably with ease, both on and off the mat. Beyond physical poses, therapeutic yoga helps to create a greater understanding of the mental body as well. Using breathwork, thoughtful and intentional movement and visualization, the nervous system is facilitated toward a calm state.
Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced yogi and wanting to strengthen your foundation, this therapeutic yoga workshop will give you the tools you need to heal further.

Mindful Beats: A Kids Yoga, Rhythm + Sound Experience (Ages 6–9)

Mindful Beats blends yoga, rhythm, and sound into a playful, heart-centered workshop that helps children build body awareness, confidence, and calm through movement, music, and mindfulness.
Combining the grounding practice of kids’ yoga with the energizing fun of rhythmic drumming and breathwork, children explore how sound and movement can shift their energy, focus their minds, and uplift their moods.
The experience closes with a soothing sound bath, inviting stillness and deep relaxation as kids rest and listen to the gentle tones of crystal bowls and chimes. This mindful integration supports nervous system balance and leaves them feeling peaceful, refreshed, and empowered. Strong bodies. Calm minds. Confident hearts.
