Join us for a free one-hour introductory session on January 19th at 4:30 pm PT leading up to the full workshop, Reclaiming Your Energy: A Somatic Reset, set to start on Sundays in Feb 2025.

Here are the three concepts we’ll focus on:

  1. Awareness through the body. Explore a guided body scan and gentle breath awareness to learn how the body communicates. Begin noticing physical cues/sensations tied to emotions, decisions, or stress.

  2. Grounding and centering. Learn basic grounding techniques and practices to build foundational tools to feel more balanced and aligned.

  3. Releasing tension to create space. Simple somatic movements and exercises. Prepare yourself for deeper work by creating an immediate sense of relief and openness.

This introductory session is just the beginning. In the full workshop, Reclaiming Your Energy: A Somatic Reset, we’ll expand on these foundational practices to help you reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you, and build lasting resilience.

Step into a serene and transformative experience combining the gentle practice of yin yoga, the healing energy of Reiki, and the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. This 75-minute session is designed to relax your body, calm your mind, and nourish your soul.

You’ll begin with a grounding yin yoga practice, holding postures for longer durations to release deep tension, improve flexibility, and stimulate energy flow. As you settle into each pose, Reiki energy is offered to support your body’s natural healing processes and enhance emotional balance.

The class concludes with a blissful sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. The harmonious vibrations wash over you, helping to align your energy and create a sense of profound inner peace.

Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to slow down, let go, and reconnect with your inner calm.
