JENNA HAMZA

RYT-200

Jenna is a firm believer that movement is medicine. She started dancing at the age of 6 years old, when she instantly fell in love with the way that movement could make her feel. Since then, she has never stopped using it as a means for finding centeredness and expression of mind, body and spirit. She has been practicing yoga since 2010, coming to it in a more serious way after her own illness forced her to take a step back from higher intensity forms of movement. In her Ashtanga-based training, what she found lying beneath the surface of the music and the poses was a holistic spiritual practice founded upon thousands of years of ancient wisdom. Now, lucky enough to share that practice with others, Jenna guides her students mindfully through a fun and dynamic flow that cultivates centeredness, moves stuck energy, and leaves them feeling grounded and present. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat!

Jess Elcan - Yoga Teacher

JESS ELCAN

RYT-200

Since Jess first discovered the practice of yoga & the presence offered by her mat in 2018 - she's never turned back! Her yoga teacher training showed her the power of community & fulfillment of following your passions. Yoga was the first spark that led her down the path of transitioning out of the corporate world & becoming a holistic life coach & practical astrologer. Jess's classes feel like a balance between simply arriving as you are, getting curious about how shapes feel in your body, and invitations to add on challenging activations when it feels right to you. Outside of the yoga studio, Jess loves the Bend life of running or hiking on forest trails, hanging with her dogs & partner, and going on adventures.
