Raised in Miami, Florida, Abraham grew up playing soccer, where he competed both at an international and collegiate level. Throughout his youth, Abraham struggled with mental and emotional challenges that led him to create a deep passion for mental health. After playing collegiate soccer, he began practicing yoga as a way to bring stillness to the fast paced lifestyle he was living in. It wasn't until receiving his RYT200 from Zuna Yoga in Bali, Indonesia, that he was able to experience the deep, transformational effects that a yoga practice can create. Aside from teaching yoga, Abraham has a life coaching practice where he works with professional athletes and other individuals. Yoga was the first time where Abraham could use a physical practice to experience the self realization he aimed to create in his own coaching practice. In his yoga classes, he aims to create a deep sense of relaxation by the end of class, experiencing inner awakenings that can change the way see ourselves, and the way we see the world.
