Experience a transformative yoga retreat amidst the stunning landscapes of Peru. Begin with a city tour of Cusco, immersing yourself in the rich history and vibrant culture of the region. We will get to enjoy dinners together at incredible local cuisine in Cusco on our nights in town.

We will embark on a guided hike along the Lares trek to Machu Picchu, where breathtaking views and ancient ruins await. Practice yoga every morning in the majestic Andes, finding peace and serenity in this awe-inspiring setting. If our bodies are feeling up to it, we will finish every day with a relaxing flow to unwind our bodies from the days hike, and prepare us for the following day. Along the hike, we will get to meet the local people, enjoy a powerful cacao ceremony at the peak of our hike, and have time to connect with nature (and alpacas!). One of our stops will be a local school, where we will drop off supplies and spend time interacting and playing with the kids.

Thailand Relax & Renew Retreat

November 29 - December 6, 2025

Escape to the serene paradise of Koh Samui, Thailand for a transformative retreat centered on calming the mind and revitalizing the spirit. During this retreat, we will immerse ourselves in the gentle presence of majestic elephants at a sanctuary, fostering a deep connection with these incredible creatures and learn about the work that is being done to protect these beautiful beings. We will also take part in a hands-on Thai cooking class, learning to craft traditional dishes for nourishment and well-being.

Included in this retreat are three self-care therapies tailored to promote relaxation and inner balance throughout the week, and we will cultivate a daily grounding practice every morning that includes meditation and breathwork practices to create mindfulness and peace within. We will finish our days with vinyasa practices in the evenings amidst the lush tropical surroundings.
