Kristin is a certified Somatic | Integrative Trauma Practitioner (ITP) and yoga instructor with 14 years of experience in mindful movement and embodiment. Passionate about guiding others on their journey inward, she helps clients rediscover safety, awareness, and connection to themselves by blending somatic practices, such as breathwork, body scans, and meditation, with intuitive movement.
Her trauma-informed approach supports nervous system regulation and healing, inviting clients to slow down, release tension, and build resilience. She creates space for a greater sense of presence, ease, and a more compassionate relationship with the body and its signals through deep attunement to each person’s unique journey.
