Alyssa (she/her/ella) is a mixed-heritage yoga teacher, life coach, reiki practitioner, wilderness guide, and teaist-in-training dedicated to weaving community anchored in embodied connection and compassionate care. In 2018, she completed a Hatha-focused YTT in San Francisco which transformed her personal practice and inspired her lifelong journey on the Vedic path. Rooted in the belief that movement is a powerful tool for liberation and healing, Alyssa sees yoga as a sacred pathway to deeper relationships with oneself, community, and the earth. Her offerings center an eco-somatic approach to well-being, emphasizing the convergence of movement, self-study, and reciprocal relationship with nature. Whether on the trail or in the studio, she strives to create accessible spaces where people can be their most authentic selves, connect with their bodies, and explore their inner landscape with curiosity. Alyssa brings a playful energy to her classes, blending intentional movement with reflective stillness and vibey tunes to strengthen the mind-body-spirit-earth connection and spark personal growth both on and off the mat.
